# TLDT documentation

> Learn how to build an evidence-backed AI career profile and use it in recruiter conversations.

TLDT is a candidate-owned AI career profile. It gives recruiters a clear way to understand your experience before the first call, while you keep control over what the profile can say.

## Choose your path
