Draft workspaces

Use drafts when you need different public versions for different stages, roles, or review cycles. A draft can be:
  • created empty;
  • copied from another draft;
  • copied from a published version.
Only one draft is active for owner editing at a time. A draft can be renamed, duplicated, switched, or deleted. Published versions stay independent when their source draft changes.

Properties

Properties are the catalog information that helps TLDT use a document safely:
  • title and summary;
  • topics and use when retrieval hints;
  • visibility: Public or Private;
  • sensitivity: Low, Medium, High, or Restricted;
  • source paths for Derived documents;
  • CV, Soul, Boundaries, and Voice role flags.
Public means “eligible for the next publication.” It does not mean “live now.” Private means owner workspace only.

Editing and deletion

Editing a document creates a new revision. Changing visibility, sensitivity, or a role flag changes Properties without rewriting the Raw content. Deleting a source or version is a separate destructive action from revoking a share.
For Derived Memory, review the source paths as carefully as the summary. They tell you whether the concise explanation still matches the evidence.

Sensitivity warnings

Public High or Restricted documents require an explicit decision during publication. Lower the sensitivity only when that matches your intent and the content is safe for the public profile.
