Simulate is an owner-only rehearsal. It creates a vacancy-specific interview guide, runs an HR conversation, and produces a report with strengths, concerns, missing evidence, and questions to validate.

Create a simulation

1

Open Preparation → Simulate

Create a new simulation and paste a job link or vacancy text.
2

Review the vacancy

TLDT extracts the role, company, location, work model, specialization, and description when the source allows it. Confirm the vacancy before continuing.
3

Choose the interview setup

Choose 20 or 40 minutes, an HR model, a TLDT model, and an interview goal: Realistic or Diagnostic.
4

Choose the candidate response mode

In Auto, TLDT answers from the simulation’s pinned published Memory. In Manual, you write each candidate answer yourself. Manual mode is useful when you want to test your own phrasing.
5

Run and review

Start the interview, pause or resume when needed, and inspect the final verdict and report. Use the transcript to identify a Memory gap, a weak explanation, or a question you should answer yourself.

Realistic vs Diagnostic

The interview goal is independent from Auto/Manual. One controls how HR behaves; the other controls who writes the candidate answer.

Important limits

Simulate pins the published Memory version when the session starts. A session created without published Memory is permanently Manual-only. Later Memory releases do not rewrite an existing simulation. The report is diagnostic. It does not apply for a role, make a hiring decision, or guarantee an outcome. The owner can share a visitor-safe completed snapshot when useful.
