Open Memory → Import Guide before your first upload. It is the in-product checklist for turning your existing career material into a reviewable TLDT workspace.

What to import first

Start with the smallest set that covers the conversations you expect:
  • your current CV or résumé;
  • project notes with dates, outcomes, and your role;
  • interview transcripts or work samples you own;
  • a short statement of preferred roles, working style, and boundaries;
  • links or documents that help you explain a specific project.
Keep unrelated sources in separate files. That makes review and retrieval easier.

Upload flow

1

Choose a draft

Select the workspace you want to update. You can create an empty draft, copy another draft, or copy an immutable published version.
2

Upload Raw files

Upload Markdown or text through the Raw column. TLDT stores the content separately from its Properties.
3

Wait for Properties analysis

TLDT can propose a title, summary, topics, and use-when hint with the selected configured model. Treat the proposal as a draft.
4

Review each file

Confirm visibility, sensitivity, source details, and any role flags. Change the content when the evidence needs correction.
Never use generation to fill an evidence gap. If a source does not support a claim, keep the gap visible or add a source that you own and can review.

Import checklist

Before publication, check that every personal claim has an owner-supplied source, team outcomes are not presented as individual ownership, dates and metrics are exact, and Public/Private choices are intentional.
