Ask useful questions
Good questions are specific and connected to a real conversation:- “Which product decisions did you own in your last role?”
- “Tell me about a project where the constraints changed.”
- “How does this experience relate to this role?”
- “What would you want to clarify before a first call?”
Visitor validation
The owner can require a short form before Chat continues. Depending on the profile settings, it can ask for your name, work email, role, purpose, company or context, a job link, LinkedIn, and a preferred messenger. The form helps the owner understand who is starting the conversation. Your submitted context remains untrusted context; it does not grant access to Private Memory or make you a hiring decision-maker. If validation is disabled, Chat can remain available without the form. The page may offer an optional introduction instead.Voice input
Use the voice control when it is available. TLDT transcribes the recording into the editable composer. Review the text, make changes if needed, and press Send yourself. Recording never auto-sends a message.Meetings
Chat may offer a meeting form only after the conversation has a concrete purpose and the owner’s settings allow scheduling. The form, slot, and final booking go through separate checks. TLDT cannot promise availability, accept a role, negotiate, or book outside the visible flow.Chat is a representation of the owner’s reviewed profile, not the physical person. Use it to qualify a conversation; confirm important details with the owner.
