The Memory workspace
Open Memory from the owner sidebar. The workspace contains two columns on a large screen and a tabbed view on a smaller screen:- Raw keeps owner-supplied evidence byte-for-byte.
- Derived keeps concise, operational summaries linked to Raw evidence.
- Properties describe how a document should be found and whether it is eligible for publication.
- Drafts let you work on separate versions without changing the live profile.
- Versions show immutable publications and let you activate an approved version.
Raw Memory
Use it for CVs, notes, transcripts, project records, dates, metrics, and original wording.
Derived Memory
Use it for topic summaries, role context, recruiter-ready explanations, and special role documents.
Special roles
Properties can assign a Public document one special role. Each draft can have at most one Public holder for each role:
The role comes from Properties, not from a filename. A role document is still subject to the same Public/Private and sensitivity review.
